The founders of C2X have over 40 years of combined experience in design, manufacturing, and commercialization leadership and have worked together successfully for nearly ten years to commercialize and optimize complex, electro-mechanical medical devices in the United States and China.

C2X is located in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, a metropolitan region with a strong business and logistics infrastructure, center of one of the nations top technology states and home to many companies in diverse industries.

We provide reliable support for manufacturing scale-up and optimization to companies or individuals with a product or process idea who do not have internal manufacturing capability or who are looking to develop or transfer manufacturing capability elsewhere. Our business is separated into several service areas. Design / Prototyping, Supply Chain Management, Metrology, Manufacturing, and Commercialization

Our services can be combined in different ways to achieve the desired business result. A key customer contact will ensure the C2X project tasks are integrated seamlessly to achieve your product requirements and project goals. We will work as an extension of your team at our site or yours in order to provide maximum concurrent development benefits. Pay for our service on a project/piece-part basis or on a "time-share" basis where you are guaranteed dedicated project resources for a specified period of time.

We will work with local or global suppliers and we can assist with supplier selection if required. We have experience working within global supply chains and have developed communications tools and strategies to work with partners in China. We deal with high or low volume products. We will provide manufacturing scale-up services whether the product is made at our facility, your facility or somewhere else. We can even provide a service to launch products locally at our facility and then transfer them to another global supplier.
