FIXTURE DESIGN
C2X provides complete design support for test and process fixtures used to validate an application, reduce processing time, and/or increase product quality. Since many applications now insist on shortened development durations, our ability to generate and supply quick turn solutions for your fixture needs is unique and sets us apart from our competition.  

PROCESS TOOLING DESIGN / BUILD
C2X provides custom assembly or inspection fixtures to reduce processing time and increase product quality. We will apply our Lean Manufacturing experience to design and deliver custom tools and charts needed to achieve a lean manufacturing line.

INTEGRATED SYSTEMS
C2X designs, builds, and assembles automated machines and test systems to solve unique process problems, to increase productivity, and/or improve quality. We will review your equipment specifications, become familiar with your process goals, develop a proposal, and deliver a robust turnkey solution.

DESIGN PRACTICES
We manage customer requirements with a series of design reviews throughout the project. We develop equipment that meets customer technical and safety requirements with the minimum number of components therefore simplifying maintenance and support.

Our experienced engineering team utilizes the latest design tools to develop coherent mechanical, electrical, and software designs providing our customers with a complete verified system. At the completion of the project, we provide the complete set of native design databases and PDF drawings.
