METROLOGY SERVICES

Future Service Offering; C2X plans to have the following services available in the future.

C2X provides an array of metrology and inspection services to assist you in meeting your product requirements. Whether you need automated turnkey inspection, complex first article inspection, assistance setting up an SPC system, or designing a full quality system, C2X has your solution. Our QA staff has experience in both the private and government sectors, and has performed inspection activities in a wide range of industries including medical, nuclear, spaceflight, aerospace, opto-mechanical, communications, and weaponry.

CMM PROGRAMMING / SPC CAPABILITY SETUP
C2X will provide part programming and/or custom fixturing to meet your CMM needs. We can also provide seamless integration with an existing or newly developed SPC system. We have demonstrated expertise in developing SPC processes that allow you to electronically communicate performance well ahead of shipment.

RAPID INSPECTION / REVERSE ENGINEERING
C2X has experience using a cutting edge technology called Rapid Inspection. This inspection process uses an array of scanning technologies, your native 3D CAD file, and cutting edge software to analyze millions of points of data. This technology is often used to complex shapes or contours, highly complex geometry, components that cannot be measured by contact, or as a reverse engineering tool to duplicate or create CAD database of existing items.

INTEGRATED APPLICATIONS
C2X will apply the appropriate technology and methods for your specific metrology application. Our metrology services can also be integrated with other technical solutions to provide you with turn-key options for product realization and qualification tasks.
