Future Service Offering; C2X plans to have the following services available in the future.

Our commercialization services include project management, process design, process verification / validation, and scale-up / transfer management. We help customers launch their products on time with the highest possible quality and lowest possible cost whether they are assembled at your facility or outsourced.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management service ties together all cross-functional tasks required to launch a product into manufacturing. We provide each customer with a key project management contact with experience in commercializing products into manufacturing. We develop an integrated schedule with the customer and supply updates and cost reports as required throughout the process.

PROCESS / VALUE STREAM DESIGN
We have extensive experience designing manufacturing processes. This includes performing manufacturing engineering tasks such as laying out a lean assembly line, designing assembly and test tools and fixtures, and preparing manufacturing work instructions. It also includes purchasing and supplier quality engineering tasks such as developing a sourcing strategy and performing item certification to assure supplied part quality.

VERIFICATION / VALIDATION
We will write and execute operator training and process verification and validation plans. We have experience documenting these activities to satisfy the requirements of the strictest industries such as the medical device industry.

PROTOTYPING, SCALE-UP, AND TRANSFER MANAGEMENT
We will manage the scale-up of our customer's product at the manufacturing facility of their choice. Is your goal to manufacture in China for the emerging market? We have experience working with China suppliers and setting up manufacturing processes in China. If your goal is to stabilize the product locally before transferring it overseas, C2X also has the flexibility and know-how to support a local launch and transfer to an overseas partner.
